This page contains some of our principal letting conditions, as well as other useful information about your holiday.
Our full letting conditions will be provided when you are ready to book.
- Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday.
- Three night weekend and three or four night midweek short breaks may be available outwith high season (June to September, Christmas, New Year and during major golfing events) and in
high season on a last minute basis.
- Unless otherwise agreed in advance, lets for The Den run from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure. For The Moorings, lets run from 6.00 pm on the day of
arrival until 1.00 pm on the day of departure.
- The rental includes all bed linen, towels, electricity and gas. An additional charge is made (at cost) for logs at The Moorings. An ironing board, iron and hairdryer are provided.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in The Moorings, so please bring your own laptop.
- A deposit of 25% of the rental is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable six weeks prior to the
arrival date. If the booking is made within this period, the full rental is payable immediately.
- Guests are advised to obtain appropriate holiday cancellation insurance.
- Unrestricted on-street parking is available adjacent to both properties.
- A cot and high chair are available on request, but please bring your own cot linen.
- For the comfort of all of our guests, no smoking is permitted anywhere in the property.
- Sorry, pets are not permitted in either property.
